• We will always try our best to get orders out same day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

• If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please get in touch with your order number and we'll look in to it for you immediately.

• All packages are sent via Royal Mail within the UK.

• At present, we are unable to offer International shipping. If you would like to purchase from outside of the UK, please get in touch with us before ordering and we'll see what we can do!

• We are happy to issue a refund on any new, unused item ordered from us within 14 days of sale with a proof of purchase. Please drop us an email using our contact form, along with your order number and we can let you know the returns address and other information you may need. 

• We are unable to accept returns/refunds or exchanges on items made to order, vintage products or antique goods. If you would like more information please contact us.

• Refunds may not be accepted for hygiene purposes.

• Deadwood Cabins reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime for any reason. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be given.
