Terms and Conditions

  • Check in time at Deadwood Cabins is from 3:00pm.

  • Checkout time is 11.00am, unless agreed otherwise. Please be prompt as we have a limited time to turn around the cabins and clean. thoroughly for our next guests.

  • Gates will be closed by 10pm but will remain unlocked in case of emergency.

  • Deadwood Cabins is an adults only stay and no children are permitted. All guests must be aged 21 and over at the time of arrival. ID or proof of age may be requested, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you cannot provide proof of age. 

  • Photography is for personal use only. No photography or videos for business/commercial use are permitted. This will require an additional fee and will need to be booked under our shoot hire rate. Please contact us for more details before booking.

  • We provide a starter kit for your BBQ fuel, please bring additional logs and charcoal if intending to have long fires.

  • Our cabins can hold 2 adults only. No additional beds or camping are permitted.

  • We are a dog-friendly glamping site. When booking, owners take full responsibility for their pets and we are not liable for any damage that may be caused by them. Please bring your own dog blankets, beds and towels as these are not supplied. Dogs are not permitted in the pond. 

  • Guests are required to pick up after their own dogs. Make sure all dog waste is put in the dog waste bins provided.

  • We ask that you please keep your dog on the lead until we have made communication with other guests, and until confirmation that the chickens have been put away. Guests are welcome to let dogs off of the lead once this has been confirmed. 

  • Deadwood Cabins reserve the right to cancel your booking for any reason. In the event of this happening, any money paid will be refunded within 3-5 working days. 

  • We understand that accidents happen so please let us know if anything is damaged or soiled so we can appropriately resolve this before our next guests arrive.

  • When booking, guest are required to pay a 25% deposit to secure their required dates. This will be taken upon booking and will be deducted from your final payment.

  • Full payment for your cabin(s) is payable 48 hours prior to arrival. If payment has not been received by this time, your booking will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be returned.

  • A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund if you decide to cancel after this time.

  • We appreciate that things can come up. We are flexible and will try to accommodate any date changes or re-bookings needed but ask that guests give us as much notice as possible.

  • BBQ packages must be requested and paid for ahead of your stay. Minimum spend of £5 is required for a BBQ pack and can be added to your booking at the checkout.

  • All food requests will be in your cabin fridge ready for your arrival.

  • If ordering from Bake Me Sweet, please allow 7 days notice or your order may not be available.

  • Please leave kitchen utensils and equipment as you found it. Log burners and BBQs will be cleaned by us and all ash removed.

  • Please put aside all glass bottles for us to recycle.

  • Most importantly - have the best time! Make new memories and enjoy yourselves. If you loved your time with us, please let us know and sign the guest book.

  • We take the welfare of the onsite Deadwood animals very seriously. Please do not disturb our animals after dark and once put away. 

  • Please do not feed the Deadwood animals. The pigs will enjoy an apple from the orchard, but please check with Paris or a member of the Deadwood team before feeding them any human foods. 

  • The Crazy Horse Saloon is available to all guests to enjoy. Please note that we do not serve alcohol at the Saloon but guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Cold canned and bottled drinks are provided in the fridge and can be enjoyed on an honesty box policy.

Gift Card Terms

  • Gift vouchers can be used to purchase goods in the Deadwood Cabins online store, or towards a stay on-site.

  • Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. These cannot be redeemed after expiry date. 

  • Use of multiple vouchers is permitted. 

  • Once you have purchased your gift card, please contact us to redeem and reserve your chosen date. If your chosen date is not available we will offer an alternative and accommodate the best we can.

  • If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given and the remaining balance can be used another time. To redeem this please contact us before using.

  • If your gift card is lower than the amount payable, you may pay the difference via PayPal or bank transfer. Again, it is recommended that you contact us before doing this.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons, cards or any other incentive schemes.

  • Gift vouchers are a digital purchase only and no physical card will be sent.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation and exchange terms and conditions apply. 

Privacy Policy

  • ​At the time of booking, we request your full name, email address, phone number and address. This information is used only to confirm your booking and to allow us to contact guests in the event of an emergency, if they do not arrive to their booking, failure to make payment in full before the required deadline or if we are unable to meet their reservation request for any reason.

  • In accordance with The Data Protection Act 2018 and UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data and information will never be shared with any third parties for any reason. 

  • If you decide to opt in to receive our newsletter email communications, your email address will be added to our mailing list for potential future marketing communications. As a small business our marketing communications are limited, but if you wish to opt out of these emails at any time using the 'Unsubscribe' button within the received email, or by getting in touch with us directly to request we remove your data. You may request the removal of our data at any time. Please note that, as a small business and team of one, this may take up to 72 hours to be actioned.
